Smokin’ Joe's
From the ocean to your table, Smokin’ Joe’s smoked salmon has been handled with care. The salmon is packaged in fillet form and has been handled very carefully to ensure that it arrives as a whole fillet. Although the retort package is robust it is recommend that the package be handled carefully to avoid flaking of the fillet.
